Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using QRMMS's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Services
QRMMS provides:
- Web development and design services
- Graphic design services
- Domain registration and web hosting
- Digital marketing and consulting
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
- Hosting and domain services are billed annually or as specified
- Late payments may incur additional fees
- Refunds are available within 30 days of service delivery
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Deliver content and materials in a timely manner
- Respond to communications and feedback requests
- Ensure all content is legal and appropriate
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom work created specifically for them. QRMMS retains the right to showcase work in portfolios and marketing materials.
Limitation of Liability
QRMMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, clients will receive all completed work and any applicable refunds.
